BT - Global Services website redesign

A leader in global IT network services serving 98% of the FTSE 100 and 84% of the Fortune 500, BT Global Services needed to expand its mindshare as a leader in digital transformation and cloud innovation. Supporting this ambition, the BT Global Services website required a complete redesign to deepen the user experience, showcase and contextualise thought leadership, and improve search ranking. The solution needed to scale globally across 21 local versions of the website.

Working with Wunderman, Simon led the pitch and UX design work, including front and back-end web development, SEO and content creation.

Result: A successful pitch with pitch designs taken forward and applied exactly as per concept.
