Microsoft - Work X Life

Working with Wunderman Thompson, Simon created the strategy for Microsoft’s 365 for Business campaign running across Western Europe.

Simon designed Work x Life as a creative campaign platform to educate business leaders on the future of work. Based on the proposition that the new culture of work is about collaboration not compromise, Work x Life explores the convergence of culture and technology to demonstrate the power of Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and Surface.

In the Work x Life hero video entrepreneur Sofie Lindblom describes the practice and philosophy that allows her to do her best work and live her best life in a world that is ever-changing. Dramatised by the world’s biggest flat-lay, made from over 1000 objects representing Sophie’s work and life, arranged on a Pinewood Studios soundstage.

Result: Running across Western Europe and extended into MEA, Work x Life became Microsoft’s best ever performing Microsoft 365 campaign. Launched in 2019, Work x Life continues to run into a second year.
